Vajrakilaya Drubchen at the Radhi, Joenla Ugyen Gatshel Lakhang, honorable Lama Younten Phuntsho, along with 50 Lay monks, will preside over the Vajrakilaya Drubchen- a profound 7-day ritual based on Dudjom Tersar Phurba Namchak Pu Dri (Vajrakilaya Drubchen)
A drubchen is a traditional 7-day meditation retreat in Tibetan Buddhism, involving both lay and monastic practitioners, led by at least one High Lama. Recognized as a powerful spiritual practice, a drubchen is believed to counteract negative forces, foster personal and communal harmony, and promote global peace.
It is said that attending a drubchen can provide spiritual benefits equivalent to seven years of solitary practice. Participants engage in continuous prayer and mantra recitation, maintaining the practice 24 hours a day throughout the retreat.
